CSR Activity Gran Canaria
First thing in the morning, we set off for the north of Gran Canaria to celebrate a CSR day during which this company’s employees would discover the island’s natural environment and leave a positive environmental footprint.
This was the programme we prepared for the occasion:
- First, in line with the brand’s philosophy, the participants visited the only organic coffee plantation in Europe. Accompanied by workers from the farm, they participated in the cultivation and harvesting of the coffee. They also enjoyed a sustainable breakfast made with Km 0 products.
- After recovering their energies, they discovered the Kingdom of Guayedra, a magical area full of indigenous legends, which was chosen as the site for our reforestation and land preparation activity.
- After a hard day’s work and with the satisfaction of a job well done, the members of the activity were rewarded with a traditional lunch of delicious local dishes.
An incredible day of CSR that ended with a meeting at the hotel, where we could all relax and have a drink with the incomparable view of the Atlantic Ocean in the background.
There is no doubt that team building and sustainability are two future bets for corporate events in the Canary Islands.
